All products will be shipped using USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to keep track of your purchase. International customers are responsible for any custom fees regarding their package. Any lost or stolen items once shipped is not the responsibility of Dekoi and should be addressed contacting the shipping carrier provided.

Once shipped all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If any problems occur regarding a defective garment please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is highly suggested to hand wash each garment with cold water & air dry to maintain the best possible quality. If you wish to wash your clothing, please reverse your item inside out using cold water on delicate & air dry.
